This project consisted of a 41K sq ft renovation of the previous Dan River Mills Executive building, a 15K sq ft addition with multi-purpose training spaces, a 3K sq ft fleet management building and site lighting. Highlights of project were custom LED lighting for corridors and custom exterior LED downlighting to meet historical society requirements and a 750KW Generator to run the entire facility in case of a power failure.
